Attention Members:

 Effective February 9, 2012, Credit Union of Emporia will be converting to a new Virtual Branch Online Banking application.  Your current user ID and password will remain the same, but the Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) Image and Challenge Questions/Answers will not be converted.  You will need to re-enroll in MFA after the conversion.  We have set up 30 days grace period, until March 8, 2012 to allow re-enrollment in MFA.

In preparation for our upcoming conversion, please verify that your current HFS password is between 8-16 characters with 2 alpha and 2 numeric values within it.  Example:  summer10, abcd1234.  Also verify that you have a valid email address.  If not, please make the appropriate changes before February 6, 2012. 

If your current HFS password does not meet the new standard by February 6, 2012 you will have to contact the credit union prior to logging into the new Virtual Branch system.  

On February 9, 2012 our new Virtual Branch Online Banking will be LIVE to all members.  You will use your current user ID and password to log on to the new online banking application.
